Our household struggled with another appliances repair company for our Fulgor Milano in wall stove. Eugene and his apprentice showed up within 1 week of making the service call. Urban Appliance Services pulled out the oven for a diagnosis, replaced the required parts, educated us on parts & maintenance moving forward, and was gone in an hour. We were educated throughout the entire process. Eugene even had the parts on hand. We are so grateful for Eugene.
